Now you'll have two faiths to reign with. Since they're your allies, they'll swear fealty to you and give you their Lord as an heir. Go find that faith's kingdom and liberate their Great Temple for them. When you have a decent army, check your diplomacy screen and find another faith that is friendly with yours. This takes a while, but higher level Mages research faster. You can also get a Mage and have him/her research spells in your Library. When they are there, they will train future recruits so that when you finally hire them, they'll be a little more experienced. Warrior champions go to the Barracks, Mage champions go to the Mage Tower, and Thief champions go to the Thieve's Guild. Have your champion units become stewards in their respective buildings. Continue attacking surrounding caves the experience will help your troops and Lord level up.
